Can NOT GET DEBIT ORDER TO GO DOWN FROM CHEQUE acc

I opened a Cheque acc in Oct '12 at Absa in Secunda. I have Credit card acc at Absa for years. My debit order used to go down on my savings account monthly. Then I wanted to change it to my Cheque acc. Which isn't so difficult to comprehend. I have been to my local absa branch for the last 3 months every month JUST to get my debit order deducted from my cheque account on the 26th of EVERY month. February month they didn't deduct because I was paid in advance, but since November last year NOT ONCE has a debit order gone down once MONTHLY. Every time, i GET promised that it will go down by the following day, and like a i believe them. This morning i went in at 08:30, I sat at the customer manager's office and we phoned the credit department, just because i want the debit order to go DOWN on the 26th. IT is already the 27TH and it still hasn't gone through. I told i spoke to a Edward (ABK250) on the 4-3-2013 and he said it would be sorted and it wasn't. Today I spoke to a Ilse (complaints dep) and to a SAVY WATERSON! I spoke to a SASHA REF: 2284298 (she didn"t get back to me) I Said I wouldn't leave the office UNTIL debit order goes off. I left at 12, and was told it will be 2mo
