Today I went to collect my Telefunken LED. To my dismay I found that when I got home, that I was sold an item that had previously used. I know this because:
1) The box that the TV came in was slightly damaged. This as I understand is not uncommon.
2) The batteries for the remote were missing.
3) The neck to the base of the stand had already been inserted. It was a clear indication that this had been previously setup and viewed.

I had previously bought a smaller version of this brand of TV and was satisfied with the quality so I opted to buy a bigger model. I am appalled that I was sold a used good as a new one. These are very unprofessional business practices. This is totally unaccepted from a store with such a great reputation and I request a swift remedy to this situation. Thank you.
