Today morning @ 9: I8 AM got a call from a gentleman (011-794 3776) in the morning who apologized for non delivery and promised that they will deliver today the 29th after 6 PM. He also said that when they were supposed to leave, it started raining and due to the rain they did not come. I was still very much happy until this point in time.

Now the shocking news. At 10:37 I got another call from (011-794 3776) a lady who tells me that they do not have the stock of the item that I ordered. They have the same item in BLACK and wanted me to visit the store. I previously told them very clearly that I do not want a BLACK one. Now she is telling me that to order a new one it will take 2 weeks to get it done.

Also while buying I told them very clearly that please do not ever try delivering me the one you have in store as it is a display piece and has acquired lot of dust over a period of time. She was asking me to take the one that is in the store. How come you offer your customer a display piece for a price of new one? What common-sense is that???

When I placed the order, did you guys not know that you did not have the item in beige color? sort me out asap
