Sold used and Damaged Goods

Once again I am very disappointed, i'm actually shocked. I posted last week that we received terrible service from Game Northgate, They replied and also gave me a call to also apologise for their staff's behavior, I was very happy with how Rene handled things. However it looks like I am back again with yet another complain regarding the washing machine that we bought on that day, we were told that the goods on display had never been used and that were only on display. I get home and give away my old machine thinking I have a new one & to my surprise it doesn't work AT ALL, instead its even written at the back that it was previously used by another customer & she brought it back because the machine was faulty. Game however didn't bother repairing it & just decided to put it on display & sell it to the next person. when we contacted game they told us that they will take the machine & give us a refund, i feel it is just an inconvenience on us as we now don't have another washing machine. Game will be fetching the machine today but what am I supposed to use, i feel it is not our fault that they sold us a faulty machine and now their taking it back & not giving us an alternative solution
