Pure Incompetence at its best!!

My husband arranged delivery on Monday morning for delivery same day in the afternoon. When that doesn't work due to their dilly dallying we make it clear that by 8:30 tomorrow morning as he has a flight to catch. When I call at 9:00 to check up I'm told by Vicky that she doesn't understand why the delivery is not there as the driver left a long time ago. Now I call again at 9:30 only to be told by Vicky that no my stuff is STILL at the shop! Rally!! 2 different stories in a space of 30mins?!! What kind of a spaza shop are you guys running over there. This is the last time you are seeing me boet! Now its 9:43 my husband is still waiting when he should be on his way to the airport.
