I am a reseller of their products, and I sent them a quote request for stock I needed. I sent them an initial mail with the EXACT logo I wanted on my stock, meaning they had to match that stock and invoice my accordingly. I also sent them a follow up mail telling them that I need to amend my order and that they should invoice me accordingly. They then sent me an invoice which I promptly paid. They then sent me the completely wrong lay out for approval (after I sent them the logo I wanted), and then when I queried it they sent me another invoice with an extra amount on it. When I complained to them, they just said that there was simply nothing they can do and they are not prepared to give me a discount or anything on my stock, and the promptly sent me another lay-out for approval, after I said that I would not accept it. They are a massive company and their level of service has definitely gone downhill since I initially started doing business with them. I sent them all the communication I had with them and they still won't listen. To make matter worse, it took me half a day to just try and phone them to get through to the right person, costing me a fortune in phone bills.
