TCS Bad attitude for assistance

I had to buy Soap dispensers and a barrel for paper towls. I googled and found TCS, I recieved a quote from Cindy. I was happy with the quote and place an order on her. As i am exporting these items, I needed a packing list to be filled out by the supplier advising how many pieces she will be supplier me. After a request she down right refused to fill this out, shouting and having big attitude, I remained calm and basically begged for her to assist but her attitude got worse. I asked if she is the only one that works there and she said she was - so I dont know if this is a house run business by one person - but beware if placing orders as Cindy is very rude and unhelpfull in every way. I will now be cancelling my order.
