Pathetic service at clicks Durban North pharmacy

The service I received from the pharmacist on 28-10-13 was the worst ever. I had to wait for him to put down what he was reading then figit with his phone before I was acknowledged.my script was for Stilpane, 2 tablets 6hrly/when necessary for a month. I had been collecting them in divided doses with 70 tablets owed to me. He said I could not get the 70 tablets owing to me but only 30 as it was on a "as needed" basis and the doctor should have wrote the exact quantity. He stated the script was invalid as it did not have the quantity written down, though 2 other pharmacists at the same branch had no issues with it. He very rudely said that I may not need to take them 6hrly unless "You addicted to them". Stilpane is taken 6-8hrly as per South African Medical Formulary. I told him I am a doctor and fully aware of how scripts are written for which schedule of medications. His response was "IF you are really a doctor you would know this."First to be accused of being an addict and then my qualification questioned as well as whether I wrote the script myself left me feeling like I was being interrogated at a police station rather than a pharmacy
