Sunday I went to Clicks Northgate to fill my script to be told by the pharmacist on duty that I was one day early, and I could only get my medicine the next day.
So on Monday off I go to Clicks Bellairs Mall to get my medicine, I arrived at the store at 9, and the pharmacy had not even opened yet.
Eventually 20 minutes later when the pharmacist got there and had opened the pharmacy, I was told that I don't have any valid repeats... after been told the day before that I was a day early to collect.
I told the pharmacist on duty that it was impossible as I still had 3 more repeats - only been at the doctor in April to get my script. Then discovered she wasn't even looking at the right doctor, but she was adamant that I had no more repeats.
The more I argued that it was impossible that I had no more repeats, the more defensive she got. Eventually she gave me my medicine only to be told that I will have the same problem next month. And she wasn't going to try and resolve the matter.
Not even the manager was interested or concerned by the pharmacist's attitude towards her customer.
Now I have to go back to the doctor get a new script and I will be going to a new pharmacy.
