Was written a prescription by my network doctor.

The medical aid then failed to be able to see that it was acute and persisted that the acute prescription was chronic. Was given the run around.

Eventually they understood. During this period I am suffering. They sent me to Clicks Pharmacy,

Clicks tried to provide a generic solution. Momentum refused to provide the pharmacist with the formulary to provide the exact medication.

The doctors office has said hes tried to get the forumulary for a new script.

Im sitting with no medication for a week and a half.

What kind of service is this?

Must I incur more sick leave at my employers cost to see the doctor and incur more consultation fees? This is ridiculous.
