Absolutely disgusted in the pharmacist

I have been getting my repeat prescriptions from Clicks for the past year. Today I was forced to take my repeat prescriptions and look for another pharmacy where customer care is a priority because Clicks CLEARLY DO NOT care about customers or how they are treated by Clicks' staff.
My 10 year old son uses Concerta on a chronic basis- ALWAYS prescribed by the same doctor AND I have been getting these (exact same) scripts from Clicks Lifestyle Centurion for the past 10 months. Today I went to the Clicks pharmacy (Lifestyle Centurion) with the script for Concerta. The dr changed the date on the script, but signed her FULL signature next to the change AND at the bottom of the script (exact same situation as in previous 9 months) The pharmacist on duty REFUSED to give me the medication, REFUSED to phone the doctor's rooms to confirm that the change was made by the doctor AND even refused to speak to the doctor after I myself phoned the rooms in order for the doctor to speak to THE PHARMACIST!!! MR RENNY MODJELA (parmacist) clearly feels that he is too important to work with customers or to treat them with respect.
