Seriously?

I popped in tonight to purchase 2 padlocks. After trying to figure out what the price is for the item I decided to ask the cashier. She called the "Supervisor/Floor Manager" Elliot to punch in a code or something and I got the price. I mentioned to the man that the product name on the shelf and the actual product was not the same. He disagreed and I said I will gladly show him. The padlock name on the shelf clearly read Tricircle and the one in my hand not. He did not allow me to finish a sentence and was very dismissive and had a real stinky attitude. I decided to approach the owner but boy if Elliot's attitude was considered stinky the Owner's was worse! All the woman could utter was" I don't understand this, I don't understand what the problem is! " She did not ask me once what my complaint was, she ignored me flat and only spoke to her employee. She walked away without resolving the matter or even speaking to me. This Spar is notorious for incorrect pricing. Maybe these guys just have no clue. Or they just don't care. Will surely rather support my local grocer in future.
