Cellphone insurance taking forever to approve

On the 3rd of october I wrote an affidavit @Roodeport police station regarding my lost phone, as I was claiming for a new phone via my cellphone insurance. Even today the 24th of october I'm stil waiting. I've been to CNA more than 6 times and everytime I go there they tell me to go back home and they will phone me after 24 hours, this to me is bad service.. All the times I've been there and was told to go back home I have never received a call. I pay for insurance, therefore a speedy service will be appreciated. Its as if no one in that shop takes me seriously, its energy draining to go to that shop everytime and get no service still. Please help
