Tired of shocking customer service at this branch

I popped into PnP today to buy a few items. Firstly, I needed a product's price, as there was no price on the shelf, only to have two staff members argue in front of me as neither wanted to help. Then when one of them decided to go and check for me, she was gone for 10min while I stood around like an. Finally I decided to take another product which was marked R18.99 on the shelf only for it to scan R23.99 at the till. I showed the cashier where it was priced on the shelf, and on the slip the barcode was not even properly visible to check. The cashier called her supervisor who said she would void the R23.99 and ring up the R18.99 only to change her mind a few min later and come back to tell that is the price and I have to pay it. I have now spent 25min in PnP to purchase 3 items!! When I was not given the item at R18.99 despite the CPA, I said leave it. The woman than voids the item completely and walks off, meanwhile the other cashier is discussing me with other shoppers. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME such an incident has happened. I have even seen the OWNER arguing with a customer about pricing and barcodes. Something needs to be done about this store, it gives PnP a bad name!
