Spar
INCORRECT SALE PRICING & BAD ATTITUDE

On Wednesday, 11/09/2013, I went into the local Spar in Randles Road, Sydenham, where I purchased Spar 18's 2ply toilet paper, the advertised price was R49.99 (I have a copy of the in-store advert). When I got home I then realised i was charged 99.99 for the product, on returning to the store I was rather rudely advised by the manager, Rajen, that the product was not 49.99 as advertised and he was not obligated to give me the product at that price. I quote "I don't have to give you at that price, and I'm telling you now that you will not get it below my cost". Naturally I was upset, and insisted that I pay the price advertised, the manager walked away from me and never came back, in frustration I told the supervisor that I will not accept this type of service and will make a complaint about it, on taking the names down, the supervisor, Princess Khuzwayo, got very upset that I took her name down, in short the conversation ended with her cursing me by telling me I was going to "bump my car into another car that night" and that I must "voetsek".
