COMPLAINT REGARDING FAULTY MATERIAL

I purchased a 6 seat lounge set from Russells Furniture Store, Polokwane on 12 June 2012 to the amount of R29319.62. After six months the material on the two seat couch began to tear. I reported it and several weeks later the two seat couch was collected to be repaired, to date nobody has contacted me about the progress of the repair even after several enquiries from my side. I have visited the store on numerous occasions but got no feedback. Spoke to Vivian at Head Office, also Simon the local Store manager. I reversed my debit order from May 2013 and spoke to Asanda from Head Office. I refuse to do any more payments until my set is repaired, and returned to me. Ref 609315. On 2013-05-24 I got a call from head office asking me when am i going to pay my account, I once again explained the problem and a complaint was again logged Ref 615880. On 2013-06-05 I went to the store just to be promised again that the mater will be resolved before the end of the month. Up to today 2013-08-18 the matter has not been dealt with.
