My query still not attended to

Last week i wrote a complaint concerning an iphone 4 i bought at altech autopage in Vanderbijlpark. Monday i was called by a lady from the head-office who told me they were solving the matter and that she's get to me. I've been waiting for her to get back to me till today, i can't call her because she called me with a private number. Later that day after the lady called i went to the store to get my phone as the store manager had told me that a new phone would be provided to me but to my surprise when i got to the store the manager told me that they are still fixing the old phone and i will get it after 5days. A day later i decided to call the head-office, i spoke to a guy this time, told him the story and he told me that he has sent the store a letter/request and has also referred the matter to his managers at the head-office. But i have not heard anything or received any feedback on the matter. I am not going to take the old phone back as it has given the same problems twice. It's either i get a new phone back or my money back. The phone has been at the store longer than i have used it.
