Bought a bed 6 weeks ago. Still waiting as it was supposedly a custom order for extra lenght. Still 6 weeks for a bed!!! Never get feedback. Been to store and spoken to Tyron who is apparently the store manager. Peggy the sales consultant never there. Spoke to him a week back and still waiting. Contacted head office and told to send email which my wife did. Received confirmation of the complaint but no feedback yet. Called them and left message for someone snr, no surprise still waiting. Absolute rubbish customer service. All I want to know is when the flippen bed will be delivered. Also, was told the price of the standard and extre length was the same but on promo only the standard was at a discount and not the extra length.
