Still no response from you people I logged a complaint on Monday ref number 2110130033/GO, your email tells me 48 hours and someone will contact me, I followed up yesterday and again today which fustrates me more that I continually have to follow up with you. That shows me that customer service is really not important at all. I expect you to please look into my complaint and respond. I am sure you can track my email with the reference provided. That on your advert and told her she needed to help me, her response to me is she does not need to help me at all. I find that attitude totally appalling At the end of the day I am a customer and if i need help i expect management to assist. its not about priceof the item, but what got to me the most was her attitude and the way she handled that matter, she didn't greet smile or even make an effort all she does is make you feel guilty for questioning your rights, i don't like to be made out a fool
