I reported an incident about in the Jet Store in Green stone and had a response by edcon ref no 2712130175/GO. I went in to Jet Greenstone to speak to the manager who apologised and informed that he would give my mom vouchers as compensation to the incident. I popped into the store yesterday 9th Jan and spoke to the manager again. We arranged I would come in today as the vouchers where not there. I told him that my day was hectic, but could make some time between 14h30 and 15h00. I arrived and was told that he had "Stepped out' he wasn't expected back in a while. I find this totally inappropriate and think that Jet stores and edcon see this issue as something to brush under the mat. NO! I have informed my publicist and she is going to arrange interviews and reports. I have also splashed this all over the social networks. This shows me that Edcon and Jet stores do not care. I am going to see my lawyers on Monday to take this further.
