Unscrupulous trader!!!

I've had many run-ins with this company as there are no other similar companies available for us to bid on. At this online gold and silver coin auctioneers you buy credits and then use your credits to bid on these coins. On Saturday - 19/10/2013 @ 07H30 in the morning, I received an sms from this company saying that I had over 30 million credits in my "wallet" to use and that the first person to bid 30 million credits before Monday morning 11 am will WIN an additional 10 million credits in return! So, as I've accumalated my credits over a couple of months in order to get enough credits to win a coin, I thought that this was my chance as I already had 33 330 000 credits in my wallet and with an addtional 10 million I should have enough credits to win an auction seeing that it's never gone for more than 35 million (as far as I knew)! The leading bidder at the time had only bid just over 17 million credits so I knew I had a chance to be the first to 30 million as everybody can see online who is bidding. So I bid 30 million credits at exactly 07H42:45. I never got my 10 million credits until after the auction was over and I tried to phone the whole of Monday & Tuesday and no response!
