Fantastic, you see kids as important consumers!

I recently posted a complaint, I must commend the management of the store involved, for their speedy and sincere response.

There was an issue with my son having a major disappointment, The manager, George Swiegelaar contacted me and explained the situation, which basically was out of their control, BUT he insisted on finding away to make it up to my son. Now you might be thinking, whatever, it is to be expected when you post a complaint there.

But my son was asked to come into the store, he was treated as an important customer, not some kid! George shook his hand, and personally took him to the toy isle, helped him pick out his new toy, and when he got his refund, it was not merely handed to me! They recognized him as the consumer, as the customer and made him feel like he was their most important.

This to me shows that they were genuinely concerned. Thank you George and the staff of St Georges square.

It is great to see that there are still people out there that take customer service seriously!
