An order was placed of which the wrong contents were delivered, home choice was notified of this and advised that the goods be taken back to Post Office. I was told to send proof of postage and i will be refunded and the account be credited. all this happened almost 2 months ago.each time I call I am transferred from 1 agent to another until my airtime expires.a week ago an account with an outstanding balance of more than R 1700.00 with interest was sent to my address. this week an additional reminder was sent.this is totally unacceptable
