Ordered goods 27 February 2013 - not received

I have now been to the post office on three separate occasions to collect my order as confirmed via e-mail and SMS from Home choice that my order was delivered to Glenvista post office, once again it was a total waste of my time as my order was still not there.
This order is outstanding since 27 February with no positive outcome, surely by now this matter should have been resolved and reflects badly on Home choice and on top of not receiving my order I am getting statements to pay this balance which was settled in full as well. I keep following up with them and get a different story every time, I have been provided with 3 track and trace numbers already to collect my order at the post office and needless to say, I still have not received my goods. This seems to be of no concern to anyone but me and the task of following up my order just keeps being shoved back to me. I am extremely frustrated at the service or "lack of service" to be more accurate I have received in this matter. An order not delivered since 27 February should be of concern to the company but clearly not in this case. I am still waiting for some meaningful feedback in this matter.
