I bought the goods from homechoice and upon receipt I was not happy with some of them so I returned them by post. I was notified on the invoice that I will be refunded of my postage and insurance. I have been making follow up to them and they will either tell me someone will call me or they will look in to the matter. this happened in April 2013 and I still haven't received any promising responce only today someone is telling they never received the proof of postage... how convenient so how did the goods get into their warehouse? these people are croocks and this behaviour is un acceptable I would like it to be investigated further as I need my money.
