Dear Edgars,

When you didn't take the time to check my payment history, the ONE time in my entire adult life that I make an insufficient payment to you, but immediately reporting me to the credit bureau, you lost my willingness to ever buy from you again. Had you checked, you would have noticed that I habitually OVERPAY, and habitually pay EARLY. Therefor it would be reasonable to assume that the would be a reason (my not knowing how much was due, for example, not sudden inexplicable bankruptcy) for the change in my well established payment patterns which would have warranted a phone call to me, rather than reporting me to the credit bureau immediately? You have already lost in profit, not turnover, at least 1000 times what that phone call would have cost you by my making a conscious effort to now shop only at your competitors.

And no, the regular "please come buy" sms's and emails will not change my mind. In fact, they are counter-productive, because whenever I get one, I tend to laugh derisively and tell everyone round me why I will never shop at Edgars again!

Please close my account and put my contact details on a "do not ever contact again" list.
