Upon my last complaint estelle stoffels responded that the account is closed, that the credit bureau is updated monthly and that credit bureau reflects an accurate credit record over past 24 months. My question is why did it still reflect? I paid and closed the other accounts in december and they did not reflect so why did edgars?! how can it be a true reflection of my credit history if the account was closed it hence should no longer exist at the credit bureau. She also stated that they can't remove or change the profile according to the National Credit Act... Now why did I bother to pay in full and close it? Exactly for the purpose of having a better credit record. This is one of the reasons why my car is financed at a 14 percent interest rate whereas previously it was at 11. The excuse does not suffice as I am the one who has to make those monthly payments due to edgars. What now. Please help!
