I have not received an account from Woolworths for over 12 months now. Every month I am making telephone calls to customer service asking for an account to be emailed to me. Empty promises every month - no account to date has arrived on my doorstep via email or post. How is one suppose to know what amount to pay. The problem with this company is they don't really have stiff competition so they don't care about the public complaints. Is someone spending on my account on the sly that they don't want to send me an account?
