Woolworths
Pathetic service!

I have an account at Woolworths. I have NEVER EVER skipped one month of payment. I am applying for a home loan now and I just found out that Woolworths send through to the Credit Bureau that there is 5 months that I haven't paid my account!!!??? When I went to Woolworths Eikestad Mall in Stellenbosch, they checked on the system and said that they can see there is no month ever skipped.
They phoned the Woolworths Head quarters and they said that there was some months that i made late payment. NO ONE ever bought that under my attention that i pay a day or two to early or to late, NO INSTEAD THEY JUST SEND IT THROUGH TO THE CREDIT BUREA!!!
I believe that this company just made years of trouble for me.
I just feel that they could have checked through my records and see that I DO pay every month, and some months even double payments!!! I am definitely going to close my account and tell every one i know not to ever ever open accounts at this pathetic company. Woolworths will never ever see me again!
