How is it possible that Woolworths continues to charge insurance on a closed account and blacklists you for R42.
Account closed 2 years ago. Someone from their offices phoned in November enquiring about the outstanding amount and they were told that the account was closed and paid in full.
I was then told they would sort it out, but first tried to get me to keep the account active.
I declined this offer and insisted they close the account and remove the outstanding balance.
2 years ago the account was paid and closed over telephone. I went into Woolworths to confirm it was closed.
In November spoke to the representative and was assured the account would be closed.

My question is how many times must one close your Woolworths account or should you check up on Woolworths staff doing their work.
