Blacklisting without account with them

Received a call from some or other attorneys regarding an outstanding amount payable to Woolworths in the region of R 3500.00. Problem is, I don't HAVE an account with Woolworths and have not had one in many many years! I was sent sms along with phone calls. When I asked this attorney to get the details of this so called account and monies owed to Woolworths... and until now, I have not heard a word. My concern is, what has happened with is "account" and have I been black listed unnecessary?! Also, is their taking place on my id number.
