On the 22/03/2013 Woolworths offered me a loan via sms, and offered me a R200.00 voucher if i took the loand befor the 19/04/2013.
I took up the offer of the loan but still waiting the voucher and to contact Woolworths is a nightmare as you have to go throught such a lot of options to get to the correct person and then they still cant help you because the dont know what is going on.
I contact Woolworths twice and on both occasions i was told i will get feedback by end of day but no luck and no voucher not even a sms just to confirm that they are aware of the query. Empty promises but i they want your money they quick to sms you with the dates and amount to pay.
I am a loyal customer of Woolworhts but this is not the way to tried you customers, i pay my account on time and no one have to phone me to pay my account at the end of a month, why must i wait a more that a month just for feedback on something that you offered me.
