Woolworths Account Payments not reflected

I have made 3 payments of R200 each on my Woolworths accounts during May and June. These payments were not reflected on my account. The proof of payments have been faxed and e-mailed to Woolworths on 4 occasions and I still received telephone calls from Woolworths indicating my account is in arrears. Only after I have laid a complaint against Woolworths at the consumer boards did the payments reflect on my account, at the wrong dates! Now Woolworths are charging me for overdue fees to the amount of R89.08. During this entire saga I did not receive any statements and this was indicated to Woolworths on several occasions. I was threatened with Black listing and my limit at Woolworths was reduced and has not yet been restored. The so-called "non-payment" accusation were false and I am still waiting for an apology from Woolworths. This is unacceptable treatment.
