Extended Warranty

I bought a fridge at game with extended warranty and the terms were that should the fridge need repairs, they will send a technician to fix it at my house wherever I am should they fail to fix it I will get a new one. When I called for this service they told me that they have changed those terms and the will have to take the fridge indefinitely to fix it. I disputed this they gave me a courtesy fridge with the impression that mine will soon be back when I called to follow up a week later, they told me that they don't know when my fridge will be back. This is such an inconvenience as the courtesy one is small size than mine and not knowing when I will get my fridge back is just frustrating. I would be happy if game can fix my fridge promptly or give me a new one as per our contract agreement when I bought the extended guarantee
