Late and No delivery of FULLY paid for stock

We bought laminate flooring in July for a full house renovation but bought a few boxes to start off with. We were then told during one visit to buy more that we should buy enough stock for the entire project as the product was being discontinued. We were told there were 25 boxes of laminate left and we paid for the 17 boxes that we needed in full. On arrival to pick it up - NONE were left. they were given away. We were then told they would order more and would take 1 month. Order date 12 August. On the 7 September we were still waiting and guess what NO order was made. The sales person was unhappy that we took this to his manager and displayed this by verbally telling us we were in the wrong. On 7 September a new order made with a promise of arrival by 7 October. IT IS NOW THE 21ST OCTOBER and no floor laminates have arrived. I am not only disgusted in the lack of service but the lack of time management, estimation, customer feedback, follow up or assistance received. Our first complaint was on the 8 August - surely something should be done nearly 3 months down the [URL Removed] have been made by 2 different people to 2 different places and still we get "we will call you".
