No delivery

I bought a fridge, oven and a gas hopper on the 22nd of September. I was promised delivery of the hopper on the 18th of October because of no stock in store. Its the 21st of September and no feedback on whether stock was received or an call stating the condition of my order which I had to pay in full. I know these sales people is getting a commission, and it seems after the sale was made there is no follow up on customer order or feedback because they are getting their portion and there is now obligation to inform customers after Game has been paid. BAD.
