Horrible service, Incorrect order, poor management

I ordered 2 fully loaded box meals which is supposed to contain 1 mash and gravy, 1 piece chicken, colonel burger and fries. I paid for and received my order but when I arrived home and opened the boxes there was no mash and gravy in any one of the boxes and I also received the wrong burger. I phoned the outlet that I bought it from and informed them of the mistake. I was then told that I have to drive back and collect the missing items. I told the manager that I will absolutely not return and that they have to deliver it to me seeing as they have a delivery service. The manager told me he will not do that as it was MY fault that they didn't put everything in the boxes. Can you imagine that? This is not the first time this has happened. It seems that KFC does not have even one competent employee
