Late Delivery & Incorrect Orde

I bought a travel kit Rubybox on Groupon 31 October 2013 only after querying it with Rubybox was it delivered on the 21 November 2013.

The items i was meant to receive in 1 box was split amongst 2 boxes with extra items in there which i assumed was given to me as an apology for late delivery. I however msged Rubybox asking them. I did not receive a reply that day so i took the boxes home and unpacked it.

I was called the Friday and told that they checked their system and it was an error, when can they collect, I told them I will try for Tuesday which is today 26 November 2013.
Unfortunately i had a hectic weekend and had no time.

I was called and told that they need it tommorow because a customer is waiting for their order and then also left a voicemail saying i had the whole weekend to sort it out and that i only paid for 1 box - even though i have explained to them that i did not receive 2 complete boxes, my items were split in 2 boxes with a few extra items -( they most likely made the same mistake with someone elses order and now think all the items are with me)

In my opinion they should not be harassing me but rather address their incompetence in house.
