Unhappy with order placed

First of all I placed an order in May 2013 for 20 boxes of Kayle's Praline Chocolates as i have bought this product often and love the Chocolates. I expected 3 white, 3 Dark and 6 milk chocolates in the box and when i spoke to the lady she said that is how it was packed. When i phoned to confirm if my order was ready for collection in August there was no record of my order and the price increased and because it was done over the phone I had no proof of the quote as the lady no longer worked there. They gave me discount and I was happy to pay the increased price and collected.
When i opened all the boxes to pack as gifts for my wedding none of the boxes contained dark chocolate. When i phoned they said they discontinued the dark chocolate 3 months ago but i specifically wanted the mixed as my guests enjoy dark chocolate. How can they increase the price and still advertise dark Chocolate on the box if they no longer supply dark chocolate. I am appalled at their service as I was a huge fan. I bought a box from Pick n pay two weeks ago that had all 3 different chocolates in and when i told them that they said its old stock. What kind of people run this company. I am very unhappy
