This is what I wrote: My fiance and I bought a bed from the lewis store in roodepoort on the 08/10/2013. We first got shown the bed and the price was labelled incorrectly on the system so we were about to leave, the sales assistant spoke to the floor manager at the time to sell it to us at the price quoted so we were satisfied with that. Secondly they have a signage up that states same day delivery so we were expecting delivery that same day... that never happened till today we still waiting for delivery of the bed. My fiance went to the store today 19/10/2013 and the store manager blatantly ignored her by staying on the phone chatting to who ever and upon disconnecting her telephone conversation got up and assisted someone else. My fiance is pregnant and this stress really isn't needed.

We finally recieved our bed however its weeks overdue and the attitude given to my fiance is really unprofessional

This is really unexceptable and would like this matter to be handled accordingly even as far as disciplinery action be taken.
