Unacceptable Solution for brand new phone

I was contacted back by Totalsports after my initial complaint 2weeks ago who could only offer to repair my phone as a solution for the 2nd time!! This is a brand new phone that shouldn't have had to be sent for repairs to start with especially since this is a manufacturer's fault. After not receiving feedback since taking my phone back on 19th Oct, I decided to follow up with Vodacom and to my shock they confirmed that my phone has not yet been booked on their database for its 2nd repair which means it's still at the store. I'm sick of this and the wait it's taken. As a consumer I do not have to deal with this. Its unacceptable and unfair to me. As a retailer you're able to claim back refund for this non-functioning unit which is clearly D.O.A from the supplier. I demand a new phone!! I'm not willing to wait for the repairing of the phone which is apparently still collecting dust at the store. I have a right to a new phone as a consumer and you are failing to deliver. How would you feel being in my shoes? I've been a loyal totalsports customer and I'm starting to feel skeptical about doing purchasing products or clothing from you in the future. Please give me New phone or refund!
