Will never enter another Lewis store again

My fiance and I went into Lewis store to buy 2 beds. We were very professionally approached by a lady to assist us but we seemed to have walked in on a commotion which the lady who started to assist us apparently assaulted the store manageress. The manageress was walking around the store screaming and crying at this lady trying to help us that she had to get someone else to assist us. Eventually the other store manager assisted us with a good discount. we were promised the beds the Monday but received them 2 days late as they couldn't find the slip. We even received a call from this unprofessional manageress accusing us for saying she was overreacting as she was walking around the store with her top completely undone and revealing her bra. police even tried to calm her down as it was in PUBLIC... but she didn't care. She didn't even have the courtesy to apologise. After all this we had to send the beds back as they were riddled with cockroaches. The manageress was informed of this the same night of delivery and yet it took them 2 whole days again to collect and a whole waste of our day getting our money back as this manageress clearly didn't know what she was doing.
