Wanted to take my gas pellet gun in for repairs. 1 moth after purchase. i go to the customer service. all the lady helping does is take down my personal details and asks for the gun and my receipt. says it will take 2 weeks ans they will contact me to collect. she gives me no proof that i gave the gun in saying its going for repairs or that they have it. no reference number or anything. simply have i have no proof that i gave it to them. i ask for a manager (justin hendricks) and ask for some sort of proof that they have the gun and are sending it for repairs. he makes a copy of my receipt and gives the original copy back. really??? frustrated at this point i rather take my gun back. secondly my friends gun was sent in on the 17/9/2013 and had same problem. today on the 19/10/2013 we had no feedback. we queried it with justin and he said they still waiting for it. after he 1st told us we never brought it in. so we first had r]yo battle to prove we gave it as they also gave no proof. anyhow i state the fact according to CPA they have 21 days to repair or refund us or supply a new 1. he refuses and tells us we must go to the supplier. these people are incompetent and pathetic.
