Lewis store supplied me with a dirty bed

I bought a bed from lewis, and received a dirty matress, and now the mattress is faulty, after many visits to the store the manager was not helpfull at all, after speaking to a assistant manager the mattress was eventually got cleaned, i spoke to a representative of seally, and confirmed that the mattress would be replaced in 2- 3 weeks, its nw 4 weeks, and went to the store again and a lady named Margeret, just said this type of thing takes time, but she promised me in 2 - 3 weeks, very dissappointed in the bad service from lewis stores, will not recommend any family members or friends to purchase anything there.its now 4 weeks still did'nt receive any feedback from lewis store cleary park
