A damaged base set was delivered

On January 2012 I bought a bed base set on a 24 months contract. on delivery I noticed that the base was damaged. I called the store the following day to inform them and I was told that they will come to fetch the bed and delivery a new one. That has not happened till today. I have been calling and going to the branch to find out about my query and every time I'm being told that they are waiting for their warehouse to delivery. It's been 14 months now and they are still waiting for warehouse to delivery. I spoke to a lady call Petro last week friday who said that she will check for me, she came back and said that she has faxed the request and will come back to me today and she did not. I feel cheated and defrauded because I'm paying for a second hand bed that I bought at a price of an new bed.
