Joshua Doore
48 HRS later and still no word nor delivery!!!

My fiance and I went into the Joshua Doore in The avenues on Friday 24/01 to complete the contract that has to be corrected after numerous items that were not requested was added to the contract, we has asked for a lounge suite and a 50 inch HD tv, we were told after the contract has been signed that the lounge suite would be delivered on Monday 27/01 and so my fiance put in leave for Monday to be there to recieve the goods, and guess who showed up??? No one, i went into the store on Tuesday 28/01 and i was told by the manager that the suite was only picked on Monday and the despacth and delivery would take 48HR, my fiance recieved a call that same day from the warehouse claiming that we would have our suite on Wednesday but alas Wednesday has come and no delivery has been made, i called the store to find out what was going on and Dorris told me that Mary was working with the delivieries and she would ask Mary to phone me, i left my details with her and have still not recieved a call, i have been in that store for the past week everyday and there is never a client in sight, please explain why Mary has not been able to return my call, she cannot be that busy!!!
