In short, on Monday, 14 Oct a miracle happened. I actually a received a phone call from a very polite lady. She told me that one of the items I ordered was out of stock. We made arrangements to replace the out of stock item with another. I was then told that the order would be dispatched from the warehouse the same day and that I will receive it the same day. I then pointed out that I am in CPT and the warehouse is in JBG. I was promised feedback. Still waiting. This morning I called again to query the order. According to the agent, it is booked to leave the warehouse this morning.!!! I demand to speak to someone who can make decisions and compensate me accordingly. This issue has been ongoing for months. Please read your policies, you are clearly in the wrong. I am now demanding some form of compensation. This level of service is embarassing. Sure the people involved here cannot feel good about themselves. I want my order today!
