After waiting approx. 2 wks for a bag that I ordered, I eventually received it last week Friday, only to find it is the wrong colour & a completely different bag. I submitted a query to the "returns" email and received nothing. Upon calling on Monday morning, I find out that they knowingly dispatched the wrong bag, as they did not receive the colour I ordered at their warehouse. They dispatched anyway, in the hopes that some customers would keep the bags. The lady that helped me on Monday still has not called to let me have feedback on the matter. I then emailed again this morning, as the lines have been engaged all morning, & receive an email back about the initial description of the bag being incorrect. There is still a misunderstanding, as the second lady doesn't seem to understand what bag they delivered.
It is such an inconvenience and disappointment when you have ordered something and receive something different. It is time consuming to keep calling, emailing and try and sort the matter out. They could rather just call and itell you they dont have the stock, and save time and effort for everyone! And dont let people pay unless you have stock! Transactions also cost money!!
