No follow up on orde

On the 3rd of October I ordered 3 items from CNA Online. I did this as I received no service from the CNA Store. Please see my previous post in this regard. It appears that poor service is not only condoned but encouraged in this organisation. According to the order confirmation, I should receive my order in 2 to 10 working days. Today is the 10th day. It appears however, that after calling the your call centre on several occasions, this order has not been escalated. I was promised feedback on several occasions, the last time been 11 October. I am still waiting for this to happen. The agents I spoke to were going to follow up with the warehouse. I imagine there is no stock. This order is required for a birthday, TODAY. I am tired of dealing with this company, there appears to be no way to escape bad service. Please indicate how this problem will be resolved, TODAY, in my favour. I need to know if I must cancel the order and take my business elsewhere as you seem to be not interested in serving customers at all.
