It is 1 week later and still no feedback regarding my leather couches.i was at bears this morning and all that they could say is wait 14 days this is totally unacceptable for me I think its time to call cart blance or speak out.i am also still waiting for the regent manager to call me since 9-10-2013 what kind of service us this...
